SelfGuard app for iPhone and iPad

SelfGuard is an application that automatically records your daily activity and allows you to easily review the amount of activity, the range of activity, and the characteristics of the activity location.

All measured activity data is stored on your smartphone and is not uploaded to the server by default. The recorded activity data can be exported to JSON, CSV, or CSV format for manipulation in any spreadsheet or Geographic Information System (GIS) as needed.

SelfGuard automatically records the following information.
* Location (stay longer than 5 minutes)
* Travel route.
* Means of transportation (walking, running, biking, car)
* Steps.
* Distance traveled (km)

In order to use the app, the location sensor must be "always" activated. Also, battery consumption may increase due to the possibility of constantly accessing the location sensor.
